HELPING WOMEN BECOME SELF EMPLOYED
TP Women International is an organization that is fully committed to helping improve the livelihood of many vulnerable women in society.
As an Organization we have successfully helped offer direct vocational, skills and Apprenticeship programs for Hundreds of impoverished women in selected communities across Ghana.
Our Hope and vision is to triple these numbers and be able to over several other communities across the country.
And through these selfless initiatives many of the beneficiaries are now self employed and in the position to support their families.

Vocational Training Programme
Through effective dialogue with many of these beneficiaries, some expressed their interest in various vocational training and we are proud to say TP Women International organization has supported them achieve these dreams and many now have various forms of self employment.
Skill Training Programme
We believe in human resource development s one of the key elements for growth and poverty alleviation. Through the TP Women's organization programme we have directly invested several previously unemployed women to acquire relevant skills and further supported to start their businesses.
Apprenticeship Programme
We have enrolled several young ladies who have expressed their interest in acquiring vital skills in various apprenticeship programs like dressmaking, hair dressing, catering and several other apprenticeship programmes. TP Women International organization will also support them kickstart a career once they graduate
